Project Summary
The goal of this project is to identify the impact of participating in ReHire Colorado or CW STEP on future outcomes, including employment, earnings, benefit receipt, and other costs/benefits relevant for calculating the programs’ Marginal Value of Public Funds.
This project seeks to answer the following questions:
- What is the causal impact of access to the ReHire Colorado Program on future outcomes?
- What is the causal impact of participation in the ReHire Colorado Program on future outcomes?
- What is the causal impact of participation in the CW STEP program on future outcomes?
