Project Summary
The significant focus on improving Colorado’s early childhood landscape (e.g., Universal Preschool, new state department) has raised the need for reliable data on the early care and education (ECE) workforce. This need for comprehensive, streamlined, quality data on the ECE workforce is continuing previous ECE workforce data projects that resulted in a Colorado 2019 Snapshot Report and a data dashboard. This project is designed to continue tracking and analyzing information on the ECE professional workforce. This phase will add refreshed data from CDEC for 2023 to the dashboard tol expand our understanding of the ECE workforce over time.
